On 21 November, the ESN and MGEN hosted a delegation of nine African mutualists. Representatives from Senegal, Benin, Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Niger made the trip for an immersive experience of the French mutualist movement. The programme included a visit to the Yvelines departmental branch of MGEN where, for a few hours, participants shared the everyday life of the branch’s members and employees.
The afternoon was reserved for a visit to a processing centre for member requests and refunds. During the visit and following the path of a reimbursement request, the centre director explained in detail the processing, claim and reimbursement procedures etc. At the end of the week the delegation visited MGEN’s national headquarters – a good opportunity for a family photo. This trip was organised by PASS and Mutualité Française.
