The conference will provide an overview of the current state of health and well-being of education staff worldwide, highlighting the need for action in these areas and paving the way for the panel discussion between experts

Experts representing various international organizations will present their work and research findings, as well as examples of initiatives and public policies to promote the health and well-being of education staff

Group workshops addressing the topics previously discussed and the themes emerging from the results of the I-BEST 2023 survey to share concerns, initiatives and local solutions to identify good practices and draw mutual inspiration: 

  • Prevention and promotion of the psychological health of education staff
  • A work environment conducive to the well-being of education staff
  • Establishing a safe and positive school climate for zero tolerance against any form of violence
  • Raising awareness of social protection and health issues
